Before-work block (6 AM – 9 AM)
Out the door before the office fills up.
Programmed lifts. Coach-led. Open the day stronger.
Intervals on bike, row, treadmill. Wakes you up and warms the legs.
Mobility and breath. Great prep for a sit-down day.
Last stop before the office. Posture, glutes, abs.
Lunch block (11:30 AM – 1:00 PM)
In, out, fed, back at your desk by 1:15.
Compound lifts only. Big bang for thirty minutes.
The most-booked class on the schedule. Reserve early.
Lights low, music loud, sprints hard.
Bags, conditioning, no sparring. Great stress release.
After-work block (5 PM – 8 PM)
Save your evening — train at the gym, not on the couch.
Total-body circuit. Most popular post-desk class.
Coach-programmed strength session.
Decompress before the commute home.
Last class of the day. Smaller crowd, same intensity.
