Urban Fitness Downtown is the second location of Urban Fitness Main, opened in 2023 to serve the Golden Triangle's office crowd. The Main location is built around 60-minute classes and a heavy weekend community. Downtown is built around the opposite problem: the lunch-hour, the early start, the after-work decompression.

Every class on this floor is exactly 30 minutes. Showers and towels are always stocked. The schedule maps onto a real workday — heavy at 6 AM, heavy at noon, heavy at 6 PM, and quieter the rest of the day so members can pop in without a crowd.

We don't do annual contracts. We do month-to-month plans, single drop-ins, and corporate programs that bill the office, not your paycheck.
